Navigating Distribution

Overview

This guide will walk you through the process of distributing a chat in Rival. You'll also explore the various features and functions available within the distribution tab to help manage and optimize your outreach.

Step by step guide

  1. Once in your chat go to "Distribute" on the left side

2. Here, you can view a summary of the distribution, create and edit invites, send reminders and generate links for your chat.

Summary

Delivery

Here you can view:

  • Queued: Displays the number of chat invitations and reminders waiting to be delivered.

  • Canceled: Shows the total number of chat invitations and reminders that were canceled before delivery.

  • Unconfirmed: Indicates how many invitations and reminders have an uncertain status. The system has not yet determined if they were completed, but a later update may confirm success or failure.

  • Failed: Represents the total number of invitations and reminders that could not be delivered. You may have the option to retry failed deliveries.

  • Delivered: Shows the total number of invitations and reminders successfully delivered to participants.

Participation

Here you can view:

  • Entered: Displays the number of participants who have started the engagement but have not made significant progress.

  • Incomplete: Shows the number of participants who have made meaningful progress in the chat but have not yet completed it.

  • Disqualified: Indicates the number of participants who reached a disqualification marker and were removed from the chat.

  • Completed: Represents the number of participants who fully completed the chat by reaching a completion marker or finishing without being disqualified.

  • Over qualified: Shows the total amount of participants who are over quota after the chat engagement has ended.

Invitations

Here you can create an invite and send it out, view the summary of the deliveries and also close an invite.

  • To create the invite select "Create in the top right corner"
