From the top navigation bar, click on the All Chats tab.
Click the chat name where you want to create the distribution.
In the left-hand navigation, click Distribute.
In the Invitations section, click CREATE.
In the new invitation drawer, in the Target field, select Create a filtered list of participants.
The Populate a participant list with rules dialog opens.
Click Add Rules from Sample Group to open the list of available sample groups.
Select the Sample Group you want, then click Add Rules from Sample Group.
The Sample Group’s rules are imported into the rule builder. Review and adjust if needed, then Calculate to preview the matching participant count (optional).
Continue with your invitation setup (save as draft or proceed to send).

From the same Distribute page, open the Reminders section and click CREATE.
In the Target field, select Create a filtered list of participants and add sample group rules similarly.
