From the top navigation bar, click on the Community tab.
In the left-hand menu, select Sample Groups to open your list of existing groups.
Click on Create New to start building a new sample group.
A drawer will open on the right side. Enter a name for your sample group and, if needed, add a description to help identify its purpose.
Use the condition builder to define your filters and set who should be included in this group. You can combine multiple rules based on profile attributes, chat data, or participation data.
Click on Calculate to see how many subscribed members match the criteria you’ve defined. This helps verify that your setup is accurate before saving.
Once you’re satisfied with the results, click on Submit to save your sample group.
Your newly created sample group will now appear in the list and can be used in distributions, exports, and community health reports.
