How to check member count matching a sample group

From the top navigation bar, click on the Community tab.

In the left-hand menu, select Sample Groups to open the list of groups in your community.

Locate the Count column in the table — it displays the number of members matching each Sample Group, along with the last updated timestamp.

Click the Refresh icon next to the count. The system will recalculate and display the latest member count with an updated timestamp. The refresh icon is always available beside each count.

To view details and verify the count within a group, click the Sample Group name or choose Edit from the actions menu.

In the edit drawer, you’ll see the current count and timestamp. You can also click the Refresh action here to update the count to the latest value.

If you want to refine the rules for this Sample Group, modify them using the Condition Builder, then click Calculate to fetch and display the new member count based on your updated conditions.

Review the count and, if satisfied, click Update to save your changes.
