How to View All Sample Groups

Updated over 3 weeks ago
  1. From the top navigation bar, click on the Community tab.

  2. In the left-hand menu, select Sample Groups to open the list of all sample groups in your community.

  3. Scan the table to review each group’s name, description (if provided), participant count (with an “as of” timestamp), last updated date, created by, and the actions menu.

  4. Use the search box above the table to quickly find a sample group by name; results update to show only matching groups.

  5. Click on a column header (such as Name, Count, or Last Updated) to sort the list; click again to toggle the sort order.

  6. Use the rows-per-page selector to change how many groups are shown at once, and the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages when there are many groups.

  7. If a row shows a Refresh option for the participant count, click it to update the count and timestamp before you proceed.

  8. If you need to review a group in more detail, click the group name to open it; use close control to return to the full list.

  9. If no sample groups exist yet, the page will display an empty state; click Create New to add your first sample group.
