The Distribution Summary section allows a chat distributor to see their delivery and participation counts for an individual chat.

The user can toggle between Delivery and Participation tabs on the right hand side of this section to view the counts.

Delivery:

This tab summarizes the delivery statistics for all invitations and reminders set up for the chat

  • Queued : Shows the count of all invitations and reminders that are 'queued' for delivery

  • Canceled: Shows the count of invitations and reminders that had their delivery canceled. Message can be in 'canceled' state when one of the following happens:

    1. At the time the message’s delivery the system determines the message no longer meets the delivery criteria or it was already delivered in one of the other invites/reminders.

    2. A user decides to cancel the delivery of any queued messages

    3. A user decides to close an invitation while there are still messages in the queue

  • Unconfirmed: Shows the count of invitations and reminders that did not receive a confirmation from the message delivery system if the delivery was successful or not. The system may eventually receive a delivery confirmation, at which time the system updates the delivery status to indicate whether delivery succeeded or failed. If the system does not receive any confirmation within 72 hours, the status will remain as 'Unconfirmed'.

  • Failed: Shows the count of all invitations and reminders that were failed to deliver. Messages fail to deliver to a subscriber's mobile device for various reasons such as network issue, invalid phone number or filtering.

  • Delivered: Shows the count of all invitations and reminders that were successfully delivered.

Participation:

This tab summarizes the participation statistics for all invitations and links.

  • Entered: Shows the count of participants who have clicked on the link and initiated the chat but have not made any progress

  • Incomplete: Shows the count of participants who have started the chat and responded to at least one question.

  • Disqualified: Shows the count of participants who have passed the participation marker 'Disqualified'

  • Over Quota: Shows the count of participants who are over quota after the chat engagement is ended.
