1. Navigate to the Dashboard
From the platform header, click on the Community tab.
On the left-side navigation panel, select Dashboard.
The Community Health Dashboard will load automatically.
⚠️ Note: If you do not see the Community tab in the navigation panel, your account settings may not include access to this feature.Please reach out to your Account Manager or the Tech Support team for assistance.This feature is part of a premium offering available only to Community clients.
2. Explore the Dashboard Header Actions
The dashboard header offers a variety of actions to interact with and customize your view. These include:
Export Dashboard: Download your current dashboard view in a preferred format (PDF, image, etc.).
Share Dashboard: Generate a shareable link to collaborate with team members or stakeholders.
Change Dashboard Settings: Adjust visualization layout, widget preferences, and date ranges.
Refresh Dashboard: Manually reload the dashboard to get the most up-to-date data.
Edit Dashboard: Modify widget arrangements or add/remove metrics if you have editing rights.
View in Full Screen: Expand the dashboard for a distraction-free, immersive view.
These actions will be explained in detail in dedicated guides.
3. Understand Visualizations and Widgets
Hovering over the widget title will reveal the full title if it has been truncated due to limited screen space.
Click on the info icon (ℹ️) on any visualization to see a brief description of what the widget represents.
🌐 Time Zone Note: All visualizations in the dashboard display time-based data in UTC. This ensures consistent interpretation across all viewers, regardless of their local time zones.
4. Apply Filters
You can filter the dashboard data to zero in on specific community segments or timeframes:
Click the “+” button on the right-hand filter panel to add filters.
You can also click directly on any chart element (e.g., a specific bar or pie slice) to apply a contextual filter based on that data point.
💡 Note: Filters added while viewing the dashboard are not visible in shared reports. To make filters visible in shared reports, edit the report, add filters there, and then publish it.
