1. Open Dashboard Settings
From the dashboard header, click on the Settings icon.
A configuration drawer will open with the following tabs:
Overview

Demographics
Engagement
2. Show or Hide Visualizations
Within each tab, you’ll see a list of available visualizations.
Use the toggle switch next to each item to show or hide specific visualizations.
3. Customize Visualization Settings
For visualizations that are enabled, you can further customize them:
Chart Type: Use the Visualization Type dropdown to change the chart style (e.g., bar, line, pie).
Date Range: For time-based charts, use the Date Range dropdown to adjust the timeline.
Profile Attributes: To modify which profile attributes are shown (especially in demographic charts), continue to the steps below.
4. Manage Profile Attribute Visualizations
To control which profile attributes appear in demographic visualizations:
a. Go to the Demographics tab in the settings drawer
b. Click Manage Visualizations
A dialog will appear with two tabs:
Dataset: Lists profile attributes currently included in the dashboard.
Profile Attributes: Displays all available profile attributes within your research domain.
c. Go to the Profile Attributes tab
Use the checkboxes to add or remove profile attributes.
Visualizations tied to selected attributes will appear on the dashboard.
🔢 Limit Note: You can add up to 20 profile attributes to the dashboard.
By default, only 4 profile attributes are included when the dashboard is first generated.
Research Domain Managers can review and adjust these selections based on reporting needs.
5. Save Your Changes
Once all updates are made, click the Save button in the settings drawer.
Changes will be immediately published to the main dashboard and will automatically start reflecting in the shared (read-only) version, if a public share link has already been enabled.
💡 Note: There is no need to re-publish the shared report separately. The shared version stays synced with the latest saved changes made to the dashboard layout and visualizations.
