How to Refresh the Community Health Dashboard

Refresh dashboard

Updated over a week ago

The Community Health Dashboard automatically loads the most up-to-date data each time it is opened. However, if the dashboard has been left open for an extended period, you may want to manually refresh it to ensure you're viewing the latest insights.

1. Check the Last Refreshed Timestamp

  • The last updated date and time is displayed in the top-left corner of the dashboard header.

  • This timestamp appears on both the in-platform dashboard view and the public shared version.

2. Manually Refresh the Dashboard (Platform View)

  • If the data feels outdated or has gone stale, click the Refresh icon in the dashboard header.

  • This option is available in both:

    • View Mode

    • Edit Mode

3. Refresh the Public Shared Dashboard

  • For shared dashboards accessed via a public link, there is no refresh button.

  • To view the latest data, simply refresh the browser window (e.g., press F5 or click the browser's refresh icon).

πŸ” Tip: Manual refresh is especially useful when keeping a dashboard open during live meetings or when expecting frequent updates during data collection phases.
