Exporting the dashboard to PDF or PowerPoint is especially useful when you want to share key community health metrics with stakeholders who don't need frequent access to the platform. It’s also a great way to incorporate insights into presentations and reports.
1. Access the Export Options
In the dashboard header, click on the Export button.
You will see two export format options:
Export to PDF
Export to PowerPoint (PPT)
2. Export to PDF
Select Export to PDF from the menu.
A preview of the PDF will appear, allowing you to review the content before finalizing.
Click the Download button to save the PDF to your device.
3. Export to PowerPoint
Select Export to PowerPoint from the menu.
A progress bar will appear to indicate the export is in progress.
Once complete, the PPT file will be automatically downloaded through your browser.
💡 Tip: Before exporting, consider applying filters to tailor the dashboard view to your audience. This ensures the exported file reflects the most relevant data snapshot.
