Folders let you organize your chats the way you organize your work - by project, client, or topic - instead of keeping everything in one long list.
What Folders Do
Group related chats together so you can find them faster.
Nest folders up to two levels deep (a folder inside a folder).
Let you pin your most-used folders and chats to the top.
Work alongside global search, so you can always find a chat by name even if you forget where you filed it.
Where You'll See Folders
Folders appear in the All Chats view. Folder rows are visually distinct from chat rows: they show a folder icon, the folder name, how many items are inside, and when they were last modified. Chat rows show a chat icon, the chat title, and the last activity time.
By default, folders are listed above chats at every level.
What's Different About Existing Chats
All of your existing chats start out in All chats (the root level). Nothing moves automatically - you decide which chats to organize into folders and when.
