All Chats Table

The All Chats table shows every chat and folder in your workspace, with columns you can customize and a search, sort, and bulk-move toolbar above it.

Columns

By default, the table shows:

Column

What it shows

Name

The chat or folder name. Folders show a folder icon; chats show a chat icon.

Chat status

Whether the chat is Published or Unpublished.

Distribution status

Where the chat stands in reaching participants. See Distribution Status below.

Chat category

Research, Communication, Engagement, Recruitment, Other, or Demo.

Default locale

The chat's primary language.

Additional locales

Any secondary locales configured for multi-lingual chats.

Created date

When the chat was created.

Last updated

When the chat was last modified.

Created by

Who created the chat.

Actions

A menu of row-level actions - see Row Actions below.

Folder rows only populate the Name, Created date, Last updated, and Created by columns - the other columns are specific to chats and show as blank for folders.

Distribution Status

The Distribution status column tells you at a glance whether a published chat is actually reaching anyone, without having to open it and check its invitations, reminders, and links individually:

Status

Meaning

Awaiting publish

The chat hasn't been published yet.

No distributions

The chat is published, but no invitation, reminder, or link has been set up for it yet.

Pending

The chat is published and has distributions, but all of them are still pending (nothing open or closed yet).

Open

At least one invitation, reminder, or link is currently open.

Closed

The chat is published and all of its distributions are closed (or pending with nothing open).

Note: Distribution status is only available for chats created on or after January 1, 2025 - that's as far back as the data was backfilled. For chats created before that date, this column shows blank.

Customizing Columns

Click the Customize Data icon (sliders icon) in the toolbar above the table to choose which columns are visible. You can search for a specific column, check or uncheck individual columns, or use Show all / Hide all. This is also how you turn the Distribution status column off if you don't need it. Your column selection is remembered the next time you view the table.

Table Toolbar

Above the table you'll find:

  • Search - filters the table by name.

  • Sort - choose how the list is ordered.

  • Bulk move chats - select multiple chats at once and move them into a folder in one action.

  • Customize Data - show/hide columns (see above).

A Quick filter panel alongside the table lets you jump straight to Favorites, Archived chats, or chats in a specific category (Research, Communication, Engagement, Recruitment, Demo).

Row Actions

Each chat row's menu includes: Edit, Duplicate, Move (to a folder), Add to favorites (pin), Delete, Archive, Copy script and media links to clipboard, and Copy chat script.

Folder rows have their own menu for renaming, moving, and deleting the folder - see the folder guides linked below.
