Add your most important folders and chats to Favorites so they're always at the top of a level, no scrolling or searching needed.
Adding an Item to Favorites
Find the folder or chat row and use its Add to favorites action (icon or overflow menu).
A star appears next to the item's name. The item stays right where it is in the list - favoriting doesn't move or reorder it.
Viewing Your Favorites
Use the Favorites quick filter (alongside the list) to view all of your favorite folders and chats in one place.
Removing an Item from Favorites
Use the same action (now Remove from favorites) to take it out. The item leaves the Favorites section and returns to its normal position based on the current sort.
Good to Know
Favorites are scoped to the level where you added them - favoriting a chat inside "Folder A" doesn't favorite it at All chats.
Your favorites are tied to your account, so they show up the same way across sessions and devices.
If a favorited folder is deleted, it's automatically removed from Favorites.
