Key Features

  • Engagement – Displays participation status for a specific chat engagement.

  • Shared Export – Enables users to download exported data with ease.

  • Common Actions – Provides quick access to essential tasks:

    • Review Topline Report – View a summary of key insights.

    • Preview Chat – See how the chat appears to participants.

    • Edit Chat – Opens the Compose page for making changes.

Participation data

  • At the center of ChatHub, you'll find participation statistics, providing an overview of chat engagement. Here, you can track the number of:

    • Completed Chats – Participants who fully completed the chat.

    • Disqualified Participants – Those who were screened out based on criteria.

    • Over-Quota Participants – Participants who exceeded a quota limit.

    • Incomplete Chats – Chats that were started but not finished.

    • Engaged but Not Completed – Participants who entered the chat but did not complete it.

Shared items

  • Below the participation section, you'll find Shared Items, where chat data exports that have been made shareable across your domain are stored. Here, you can view:

    • File Type – The format of the exported data.

    • Date Shared – When the export was made available.

    • Saved By – The user who created the export.
