Overview
This guide walks you through Chat Data and its key functions.
Select the chat in ChatHub to access its data.
Once inside the chat, select Chat Data from the left menu.
Here, you can explore various data point options, including:
All Participants – View all participant entries.
All Question Responses – Access responses to all survey questions.
All Input Variables – Review input data used in the chat.
All Hidden Variables – Manage system-generated or hidden data points.
You can also view each question individually along with participant responses.
In chat data you can also export data. Here is a article showing how to do so.
