User Roles Overview

Role	Description	Key Capabilities
Platform administrator	Global administrator for the Rival platform.	Create and manage organizations and research domains Manage users globally Reset MFA, offboard users, and assign Research Domain administrators
Research Domain administrator	Manages a specific research domain.	Create and update users (administrators, users, viewers) within their domain Remove users’ access to their domain Access domain-specific settings like branding and platform configurations
Research Domain User	Active participant in research domain activities.	Can create and edit chats Can distribute chats Create and edit reports in their domain. Share reports and exports to chathub
Research Domain Viewer	Read-only access to specific functions within a research domain	View chathub View topline report and participation report View/download reports and exports that have been shared to the chathub
