Navigating chathub and chathub functions

Overview

The ChatHub page provides a centralized overview of your research domain, allowing you to see your chats, shared reports, and quickly move to other tabs.

Accessing ChatHub page:

After successfully logging into Rival and making your organization and research domain selections, CHATHUB is the first space you will be directed to.

Navigating in ChatHub

  • Left Panel – Chat List
    Displays all available chats within the research domain.

  • Center Panel – Chat Overview
    Once you highlight/select the chat on the left panel, this section shows:

    • Participation statistics for the chat

    • Shared reports (if any)

    • Exports (if shared to chathub)

  • Right Panel – Common Actions
    Provides shortcut to navigate directly to key areas for the selected chat:

    • Preview

    • Topline

    • Edit Chat (Compose view)

    • Reporting

Chathub Functions:

Participation data

  • At the center of ChatHub, you'll find participation statistics, providing an overview of chat engagement for the selected chat (on the left panel).
    Here, you can track the number of:

    • Completed – Participants who fully completed the chat.

    • Disqualified – Those who were screened out based on criteria.

    • Over-Quota – Participants who exceeded a quota limit.

    • Incomplete – Chats that were started but not finished. In chathub, the incompletes will include both 'entered' and 'incompletes'

    • Entered– Participants who entered the chat but have not responded to any question/card

Shared items

  • Below the participation section, you'll find Shared Items, where chat data exports that have been made shareable across your domain are stored. Here, you can view:

    • File name and Type – The name of the shared file and the format of the exported data.

    • Shared Date – When the export was made available.

    • Shared By – The user who created the export.

Properties

  • Under properties, you can find chat information such as when the chat was created, when it was last updated and who created and updated it.

Common Actions

  • Topline Report - Opens the topline report of the chat selected

  • Preview chat - Opens the chat preview for the chat selected

  • Edit Chat - opens the 'compose' page for the chat so you can make edits to it.

  • Go to Reports - Directly goes to reports page for the selected chat
