Accessing Topline
You can access topline from different tabs on Rival platform.
1. Go to 'Reports' tab in the chat and then select 'Topline Report'. This should open the topline report.
2. You can also open the Topline directly from Chathub page under 'Common actions'
FAQs
Can I add AI Insights into Topline?
Yes, after you generate AI summarizer insights, you can now review and edit them, and choose which ones should appear in your Topline Report.
From Chat Data:
Open the actions menu on any insight set
Select “Show in Topline”
That insight set will immediately appear in topline report
You can also easily tell which insights are included by looking for the Share to topline icon next to each insight set.
Can I hide any questions from appearing in Topline?
Yes, any questions marked as 'contains PII' will not be shown in the topline report.
Can I password protect the Topline Report?
Yes, you have an option to add a password to the shared Topline link so that only users with the password will be able to access it.
Click on the share icon and select 'edit settings' on the pop up.
