To create chat data exports, you can go to the 'Exports' tab
2. Click on 'New Export' and it should open a window with export options.
Export Name (required) - Enter a name for your export
Export Description (optional) - You can write a brief description on what this export is about
Base size settings (multi choice) - You can select your base for this export
Format Settings - You can either choose CSV or SPSS for your export format. In CSV, you can either opt for text or code values. (If you choose to export text values, you also have the option of removing special characters.)
Export Sharing - If you enable 'Share export to Chathub', your export will appear in the Chathub page of this chat for easy access.
3. Click on 'Run Export' and your chat data export will be automatically downloaded in the selected format.
All the exports created will always be available in the 'Exports' tab and can be downloaded.
