You can share the topline report by generating a topline link that is externally viewable. Shared topline links can be password protected as well.
Creating Shared link:
1. Open your topline report and click on 'Share' icon
2. This will open a pop-up overlay with a toggle to enable sharing.
3. By default, when sharing is enabled, the setting allows anyone with the topline link to view the report. You can click on Copy Link and share this with anyone who needs to view the topline report.
3. To restrict access, you can update the Access Settings and select “People with the password.” This ensures that only users with the password can view the report.
4. You can update the password in this section, then select the check mark to save your changes. This setting will make sure that the shared topline link can only be viewed when the user inputs the password.
