You can target specific participant ids and invite members to participate in an activity.
Select the CREATE action from the invitations table to open the invitation drawer.
From the target dropdown menu, choose Populate list of Participants with IDs
Paste the IDs to be targeted in the dialog and click NEXT
IDs will be validated, click CREATE to target the IDs
Click CREATE in the invitation drawer to create the invitation
