In the chat data page, you can select the media question that needs to be exported.
2. Select all participants. Then, click on the vertical three dots that appears once the section is made and select 'Export selected media'
3. Enter the name of the export and click on 'Run Media Export'
4. You will be redirected to the media export tab on the export page. Click on the download button and your zip file containing all selected media will be downloaded.
