If you make changes to a chat after it has already been distributed(through links, invites, or reminders), those changes will not appear for participants who have already started the chat.
Once a participant begins a chat, they see the version that was available at the time when they clicked on the link. Even if they haven’t reached the part of the chat where you made updates—such as removing a card or adding a new section—they will not see those changes.
The updated version of the chat is only available to participants who open the chat after the changes have been published. If someone clicks the chat link after updates are made, they will see the latest version.
In short, changes made after distribution only apply to participants who have not yet engaged with the link. Ongoing engagements will continue with the original version and will not reflect any updates.
