How each metric on the default community health dashboard is calculated

Subscribed Members: Current number of subscribers in the community

Unsubscribed Members : All Time: Number of unsubscribed members from the community

Average Response Rate - last Six Months : Percentage of all completes + Over Quotas + Disqualified out of the total number of invites for research and engagement chats

Average Completion Rate - Last Six Months : Percentage of all completes + Over Quotas + Disqualified out of the total number of starts for research and engagement chats

SMS Subscribers: Current number of SMS subscribers in the community

Email Subscribers: Current number of Email subscribers in the community

Recruitment Timeline : Overall number of new members recruited in the community at each point in time

Unsubscribers Timeline : Overall number of unsubscribed members in the community at each point in time

Average Response Rate - Monthly : Percentage of all completes + Over Quotas + Disqualified out of the total number of invites for research and engagement chats

Average Response Rate - Six month rolling average: Six month rolling average percent of all completes + Over Quotas + Disqualified out of the total number of invites for research and engagement chats

Average Completion Rate - Monthly : Percentage of all completes + Over Quotas + Disqualified out of the total number of starts for research and engagement chats

Average Completion rate - six months rolling average: Six month rolling average percent of all completes + Over Quotas + Disqualified out of the total number of starts for research and engagement chats

Completed Responses - Last Six Months: Total number of completed responses

New Activities Deployed - Last six Months: Number of unique activities deployed

Videos - Last Six Months: Total number of videos collected

Images - Last six Months: Total number of images collected

Completed Responses: Overall number of completed responses in the community at each point in time

New Activities Deployed: Overall number of new unique chat activities deployed at each point in time

Member Engagement :

Active members: Number of members that have at least 1 research or engagement chat completed + Disqualified + Over Quota in the last 6 months

Inactive Members: Number of members that have < 1 research or engagement chat completed + Disqualified + Over Quota in the last 6 months

Not Engaged Members: Number of participants that have not received an invitation in the last 6 months

New Members: Number of participants that have subscribed to the community in the last 3 months

Member Engagement Status: Breakdown of member engagement status

Apart from the above mentioned metrics, the dashboard will also show demographic information based on the profile attributes added in the domain.

You might see some percentages in response rates and completion rates that are over 100%. This is when there are members entering a chat in one month and completing in the other.
