Search members
Locate the search bar above the community member table.Enter a value to begin searching. You can search using:
Participant ID- Must be an exact match
Email address or phone number
Partial matches are supported (e.g., searching
@gmailor a few digits will return matching results)
Filter members
Click the “Filters” icon within the search bar area to open the filtering panel.
Apply filters based on:
System attributes (e.g., Subscription Status, Timezone)
Custom profile attributes (e.g., User Tags, Demographics)
You can stack multiple filters to narrow down the results even further.
