How to purge community members

Purge an individual member

  1. Use search or filters to locate the member you want to purge in the community member table.

  2. In the member’s row, navigate to the Actions column (far right).

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) to reveal available actions.

  4. Select “Purge” from the dropdown.

    • Note: The Purge option is only available if the member is currently subscribed.

  5. A confirmation dialog will appear – click Proceed to complete the purge.

Purge members in bulk

  1. Go to the Directory tab in the Community/Participants section.

  2. Click the “Actions” button located at the top of the directory table.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select “Bulk Purge with IDs”.

  4. In the dialog that appears, paste the Participant IDs of members you want to purge.

    • You can purge up to 3,000 participants at once.

  5. The system will validate all entered IDs and only allow purging of members who are currently Subscribed.

  6. Once validation passes, click “Proceed” in the confirmation dialog to finalize the action.

⚠️ Once purged:

  • The member’s Subscription Status will be updated to “Purged”.

  • This member can no longer be invited to participate in chats or activities.
