Go to the Community / Participants section from the platform’s main menu.
The Directory tab opens by default. If not, you can manually navigate to it via the left-hand panel.
You’ll see a table view listing all community members, with each row representing one participant. Default columns displayed are
participantId
SubscriptionStatus
SubscribedAt
SubscriptionEndedAt
RecontactMethod
To customize the table:
Click the “Custom Columns” icon (usually located above the table).
You can select or deselect columns from both system attributes and custom profile attributes.
Your selected view will be saved for future sessions.
