You can delete a chat that you longer require in your domain by going to Actions and then selecting 'Delete chat' option. Please note that deleting a chat is irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to restore it.

You can archive a chat that you no longer wish to see in the all chats list on your domain by selecting 'Archive chat' in the Actions menu.

Once a chat is archived, it will be hidden from the all chats list. However, you will be able to see it under the quick filter 'Archived chats'

You will also be able to unarchive this chat from here and it will be moved back to all chats page.
