3. To access our Help Centre, click on "Help."
Here, you'll find all the guides on how to use the platform.
4. The "Announcements" tab displays Rival's latest updates for the platform.
5. Click on Support tab to access Support Centre.
The Support Centre offers several features, including viewing the platform's status, searching for help, accessing the Rival Technologies Help Centre and messaging Rival Technologies support.
6. You can message Rival Support by clicking on Send us a message button
7. You can explore guides available by clicking on the Help in the Support Centre.
