How to navigate the Help Center

Access resources and get support

This guide will walk you through Rival's support system. Here, you can:

You can click on blue messenger button at the bottom left corner on Rival Platform and you will see the Rival help center options.

The Home page gives you quick access to support resources, platform updates, and product announcements. From here, you can:

  • Ask questions using the AI agent or connect with a human support agent.

  • Open the Rival Technologies Help Center.

  • Check the current platform status and view maintenance updates.

  • Search for help articles.

  • Read the latest product updates and feature announcements.

Messages:

The Messages tab displays all your support conversations in one place. You can review previous chats, continue existing conversations, or start a new chat with the AI agent.

Tickets:

The Tickets tab shows all support tickets you have created through the support widget. You can use this page to keep track of your submitted requests.

Help:

The Help tab lets you search the Rival Technologies Help Center without leaving the support widget. You can open and read help articles directly in the pop-up.

News:

The News tab keeps you up to date with the latest product announcements and feature releases. You can read full product updates and access related Help Center articles to learn more about new features and improvements.
