7. Upload your CSV file
8. You will see an option that allows you to map the columns of your CSV file to the fields in BHN
9. After you've mapped all the fields, click "Continue"
10. Click "Next >>"
11. On the summary page, you can see one "new contact" has been created
12. You can upload a file containing various types of contacts, both new and old, and they will be displayed under the corresponding tabs for review
13. Since we are creating the contact record but not yet awarding points, please turn off the email notifications unless you want the participants to be informed about their account creation
14. Click "Complete Import"
15. Click "View Contacts"

20. You can also edit the contact's info. If you need to make bulk edits, uploading a new CSV file is recommended

22. Note: BHN doesn't NOT give you the option on how you want to handle blank cells.
I.e., Even if you are not updating the country, please ensure that the field is included in your CSV file. Otherwise, the original data you uploaded (USA) will be erased and replaced with a blank value
You can deduct points by entering "-5"
23. Click "Import Points Data" and follow the same steps as above
24. After uploading your file, you will see that there is one existing contact. This indicates that the points we added were for an existing contact
25. You'll likely want participants to know they've earned points for their participation, so be sure to enable the notification!
