Click "IMPORTS"
2. Click "ACTIONS"
3. Click "Import email community subscribers"
4. Ensure that there is an existing communication agreement with the community member before importing them to Rival.
5. Click "SELECT CSV FILE" to select a CSV file. You can view the sample format by clicking on Download Sample.
6. Once the file has no errors it would be uploaded.
7. Select the value type settings for the upload data.
8. Click "IMPORT DATA" to import email community members
9. File import is successful and results can be viewed in the table.
10. You can download the result file to view details of upload.
