Rival lets you import participants directly as subscribed members of your community using a CSV file.
Important: Before importing participants, make sure you have an existing communication agreement with the members/participants. Importing participants using this method immediately subscribes them to the community, and they will start receiving email invitations sent from the community.
To import Email subscribers directly into Rival Platform, you can navigate to the Community tab and click on imports.
Go to Actions > select Import email community subscribers
This should open the import attribute data settings pop up. Enter the import details here.
Click on Download Sample to download an example CSV file. Use the sample as a guide when preparing your import file.
Once the file is ready, you can choose the value type (code or text values) and then click on 'Import data'
The import status will be shown in the imports page.
Once completed, you can download the 'Import Report' to check the details.
