Profile Attributes refer to specific data points that can be defined to categorize and understand respondents. They help researchers segment and analyze data based on various dimensions, enabling more precise insights and being able to target the chat to the right audience. Some of the profile attribute examples are
Demographic Attributes: Age, Gender, Location, etc.
Psychographic Attributes: Interests, Values, Personality traits, etc.
Behavioral Attributes: Product usage, Purchase behavior, Brand loyalty, etc.
Technographic Attributes: Type of device used, Social media usage, etc.
Attitudinal Attributes: Perceptions and opinions, Satisfaction levels, etc.
These attributes allow researchers to tailor their questions to specific groups, and ensure they gather relevant data for their studies.
Creating Profile Attributes:
Chat author can define attributes by navigating to Attributes in the Participants tab.
The 'Create new' button opens the below window where the properties of the profile attribute can be defined.
Attribute Type: The data type of the profile attribute. Available types are Text, Numeric, Single Choice, Multiple Choice
Attribute Label: Users can provide a name of for the profile attribute. Example: Gender, Age etc.
Attribute Description: Users can optionally write a description of what the profile attribute is about.
