1. Edit the chat for which the report is to be created.

2. Navigate to the "REPORTS" section of the chat

3. Click "CREATE REPORT" on the Reports page

4. Select "Custom report" from the report menu

5. Enter the unique "Report name"

6. You can manage the dataset by clicking on "MANAGE DATASET" button

7. Data points from Profile attributes, system attributes and from other chats in the research domain can be added to the dataset.

8. Add or remove data points by clicking on the ADD / REMOVE button

9. Click "SAVE DATA SET" once dataset is defined for the report

10. Click "CREATE" to create a report.

11. Report is being created and would available in some time to add visualizations.

12. Once report is created, you can add visualizations to the report.
