Custom Preview Profiles

Overview

Preview profiles let you test how a chat appears to participants with specific profile attributes, such as location, age group, or customer type.

When your chat uses display logic based on profile attributes, certain questions may only appear to participants who meet specific criteria. Creating a preview profile allows you to simulate those participants and quickly test different chat experiences.

Preview profiles are saved and can be reused whenever you preview the chat.
