Welcome to the Rival platform! This guide will walk you through the steps to set up your first chat. You'll learn how to create a basic chat, apply display logic to customize your participant experience, and add interactive cards to make your chat more engaging. By the end of this guide, you'll be ready to build meaningful and dynamic conversations with your audience!
Navigate to your research domain. To know more check out detail steps here
2. Navigate to All chats section from the top header
3. Click on Create New action on All chats page
4. Here, you can name your chat, select a language and put it in one or more categories.
5. Once in your chat you can start off by adding your first card.
6. Select the card that you want to start out with
7. You can rename the card and customize the text as you like.
8. After adding text into your card you can look at the tone suggestions. Click here to get to know tone suggestions and how they are used.
9. Putting your cards into a section can help organize your chat.
10. You can then create your cards in the section.
11. You can preview your chat whenever you like.
12. Once your chat is ready for preview you can click on "Preview web"
13. Now you can run through your chat!
