In the Topline Report, you can review video responses collected through the chat. The Preview column displays a thumbnail of each video, while the Response column displays the transcript. The Response column will be blank if the video has no audio or if the audio cannot be transcribed.
You can click on the thumbnail of the video to view the full response. And if there is any text transcribed, they will appear below.
