In addition to the default locale profile, you can create branding locales for other available locales on Rival. This allows you to customize branding for specific locales and provide a localized experience for respondents - especially in case of multi lingual chats.
Creating a new branding locale:
Navigate to the Settings > Brand
2. Click the + icon next to Locale Profiles. A dialog box will open where you can select the locale you want to add
3. A new branding locale is created and is pre-populated with the settings from the default profile.
4. You can update the desired branding settings for the new locale and click Apply Changes to save the settings.
