The Jump Ahead card lets respondents skip to another part of the chat based on the logic you define.
You can configure the card to jump to:
End of chat – Ends the conversation immediately.
End of section – Skips the remaining cards in the current section and moves to the next section.
A specific downstream card or section – Takes the respondent directly to a selected card later in the flow.
This helps create personalized paths and allows respondents to move through only the questions that are relevant to them.
Adding Jump Ahead card in your chat
When you add the jump ahead card to your chat, by default the target is set as 'End of section'. You can update it based on your requirement.
You can add display logic to this card based on any cards upstream or based on profile attributes, input/system variables or hidden variables.
