Email address card allows the chat author to ask a participant for there email. The response is directly stored as a profile attribute/system variable.
The Email Address card includes default display logic. This logic is added automatically and cannot be removed.
You can add your own custom display logic below the default logic.
Respondent view
The respondent is prompted to enter their email address.
They enter their email address and submit their response.
A follow-up question is displayed showing the email address they entered.
The respondent can either:
Confirm that the email address is correct, or
Update the email address if they entered it incorrectly.
Once confirmed, the email address is saved as a profile attribute.
