Grid Cards

Updated over 4 months ago

Grid questions collect data on multiple items or dimensions by presenting a set of identical options for respondents to choose from. These types of questions allow the participants to respond to a rapid fire of questions where the same set of answers are repeated for different questions, statements, attributes, etc.

Each grid question card will contain

Question - A main question that you want to ask the participant about a list of items

Statements- A list of items which you want to inquire the participants about

Answers- A set of answers that will be repeated for each of the items mentioned above

There are two types of grid cards available on the Rival Platform based on choice selection available for 'Answers'

Single Choice Grid Card

This card has a single choice selection functionality for Answers. Participants can only select one option from the available choices.

Multiple Choice Grid Card

This card has a multiple choice selection functionality for Answers. Participants can make their selection based on the upper and lower limits chosen by the chat author.
