Choice cards allow the chat author to ask a single/multiple choice question to the respondent.
There are two different choice card types:
Single Choice Card
Provides tools to construct single choice questions and allows the chat author to show a single choice question to a participant during a chat experience.
Multiple Choice Card
Provides tools to construct multiple choice questions and allows the chat author to show a multiple choice question to a participant during a chat experience.

A single choice card can be converted to a multiple choice card (and vice-versa) maintaining all of the settings and display logic intact.
Maximum number of choices allowed for any choice card is 250.
Choice Cards in Multi-lingual Chats
When working with choice cards in a multi-lingual chat:
Choice text is locale-specific - you can enter different text for each locale. Switch locales to author each version.
Choice media (images) and alt text are also locale-specific.
Settings are global - Randomize, Anchor, Mask, Exclusive, Carousel/Grid view, Image gallery, and choice order settings apply to all locales. These are marked with a 🌐 globe icon.
Adding a choice from any locale creates it in all locales. The other locales will show the choice with blank text, ready for you to fill in.
Removing a choice removes it from all locales.
Editing choice text only affects the locale you are currently editing in.
Display logic on choices references the default locale's choice text.
