The Bulk Edit Choices option lets you quickly upload a list of choices for any choice-based question instead of adding each choice one at a time.
You can copy a list of choices, paste it into the Bulk Edit Choices window, and upload all choices in one step.
Add choices to a new (unpublished) question
Select Bulk Edit Choices in the question you want to add choices to.
Paste your list of choices into the text box.
Click Review.
Review the choices that will be added.
Click Apply Changes.
Update choices in a published question
Go to the published choice question.
Select Bulk Edit Choices.
Paste your updated list of choices into the text box
Click Review.
If there are changes in existing published choices and the uploaded list, a Resolve Conflicts screen will appear for those choices that have been updated.
Review and resolve each conflict before applying the changes. You can either remove the existing choice or replace it.
Remove Choice option will create it as a new choice, meaning the choice code will be updated.Update removed choice with option will update the choice text so the choice code is the same.
