Go to "DISTRIBUTE" from the left navigation for the chat
2. Click "CREATE" action for Links
3. Enter the name for chat URL.
4. Click "ADD PARAMETER" in link parameters for chat URL
5.
6. Select the external identifier that you wish to add to the chat URL from the dropdown.
7. Click on the external identifier from the dropdown list to add.
8. URL preview shows the new parameter added to the URL
9. Click "SAVE"
