Click the “CHATHUB” link from the top navigation bar.

3. OR to create a new export, click the edit icon on the chat list.
4. Click “EXPORTS” from the left-hand side navigation.
5. Click on "NEW EXPORT" to create a new export.
6. OR Click “CHAT DATA” from the left-hand side navigation.
7. Click "Export chat data" from the more menu in the top header
8. OR Click “REPORTS” from the left-hand side navigation.
9. Click "Export chat data" from the more menu in the top header.
