Click "VARIABLES" tab in the chat compose section.
2. Click on "HIDDEN VARIABLES" tab
3. Click on "CREATE VARIABLE" action
4. Fill in the appropriate details to create the hidden variable.
5. Select the type of hidden variable from the drop down list.
6. Type in the hidden variable name.
7. Click "SAVE"
8. Or you can also create hidden variable from the chat. Click on the + icon to add a new card.
9. Select "Hidden variable assignment" card from the list.
10. Click "CREATE NEW VARIABLE" action
11. Fill in the variable details.
12. Click "CREATE AND INSERT"
13. Hidden variable is created and an assignment card is added to the chat.
