Click "VARIABLES"
2. Click "HIDDEN VARIABLES"
3. Click "_RewardPoints" hidden variable
4. Set the default reward points to be allocated for this chat
5. Click "SAVE"
6. Click "PROCEED"
7. To customize the reward points allocated to a participant within the chat flow, follow below mentioned steps to update the points using the Hidden Variable Assignment card
8. Click "CHAT FLOW"
9. Click on + to add a card to a chat
10. Click "Hidden variable assignment"
11. Select _RewardPoints and click "ADD TO CHAT"
12. Click "EDIT SCRIPT"
13. Update the script to change the points allocated and click "SAVE AND VALIDATE"
14. Click "CLOSE"
